PanelRoute Diagnostics — SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent by OralOnly LLC ("PanelRoute," "we," "us") to people who have opted in.

1. Program Description

When you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, you agree to receive text messages from PanelRoute at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, information about PanelRoute and its services, and account or service updates.

2. Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of using the PanelRoute platform. You may opt in only with a number you own or are authorized to use.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We expect to send no more than a few messages per month; you may receive more during a conversation you initiated.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received.

5. Opting Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our website or reply START.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability.

8. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

9. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and device.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
